Senior Property Associate

DRE are currently looking for driven individuals to join our real estate community. The organisation is currently going through a complete rebrand and we are looking for talented Senior Property Associates to join our brand new office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a real estate background in the UAE, with strong market knowledge and existing client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created.
• Expert knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the UAE Real Estate market
• Creating and attending property valuations and viewings
• Negotiating with prospective buyers and clients
• Building on existing relationships and building network
• Following all company generated leads
• Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing and networking
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.

Qualifications & Experience-

• Previous real estate experience in the UAE
• Strong sales skills
• Strong market knowledge and awareness of property trends
• Ability to use social media for personal branding
• Proven sales results
• Existing relationships with buyers and sellers
• Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt
