Description

DRE are currently looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their People & Culture team. The organisation is currently going through a complete rebrand and recruitment drive and this role will work closely with a team who will be solely responsible for all listings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the UAE Real Estate market and be familiar with recruitment processes. It is essential the successful candidate is fluent in Russian.

Role & Responsibilities

Engage with candidates regarding open job opportunities Use social media to create content which will attract and engage with candidates Create candidate pipeline for all available job opportunities and future opportunities Post job adverts on social media and monitor performance Compile job adverts Liaise with training team to ensure candidates are aware of start dates and interviews Liaise with line managers to understand hiring requirements and specific job specifications Consistently be present on all social media channels Represent both own personal brand and company whilst recruiting Create effective strategies to engage, retain and attract new talent Qualifications & Experience-

Previous experience in a similar role in Dubai Strong customer service or sales skills Ability to use social media and keep up to date with trends Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Fluent Russian and English speaker The ideal candidate will have previous experience in UAE Real Estate with strong knowledge of the market. It would be advantageous to have recruitment experience.
