Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a sales team to meet regional targets.
- Assign monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct sales and payment tracking, and performance reviews.
- Oversee recruitment and training for team growth and development.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market research to improve strategies.
- Verify and manage agency data to explore growth opportunities and manage customer base expansion.
- Stay informed about competitors and maintain domain knowledge to enhance client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- At least 6 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in management.
- Profound understanding of business, financials, and market dynamics.
- Strong local market and sales process knowledge.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proven skills in objection handling and decision-making.
- Dynamic problem solver with a proactive and hands-on approach.
