Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a sales team to meet regional targets.
  • Assign monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct sales and payment tracking, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee recruitment and training for team growth and development.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market research to improve strategies.
  • Verify and manage agency data to explore growth opportunities and manage customer base expansion.
  • Stay informed about competitors and maintain domain knowledge to enhance client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
  • At least 6 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in management.
  • Profound understanding of business, financials, and market dynamics.
  • Strong local market and sales process knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven skills in objection handling and decision-making.
  • Dynamic problem solver with a proactive and hands-on approach.
