Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors; responsible for their training and development.
  • Set and achieve monthly sales targets for both new and existing business.
  • Plan and direct sales team training, including CRM usage.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate leads, and manage sales metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance product effectiveness and address client issues.
  • Ensure the sales team has the resources needed to succeed.
  • Conduct daily reviews, manage client meetings, and provide feedback.
  • Responsible for recruiting, developing, and training new sales agents.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base and verify agency data to analyze growth opportunities.
  • Regular field visits to ensure team alignment and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in sales management.
  • Valid KSA license.
  • In-depth knowledge of local market and sales techniques.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and manage teams effectively under various conditions.
  • Approachable with a capacity for empathy and composure.
