Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors; responsible for their training and development.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets for both new and existing business.
- Plan and direct sales team training, including CRM usage.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor sales performance, generate leads, and manage sales metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance product effectiveness and address client issues.
- Ensure the sales team has the resources needed to succeed.
- Conduct daily reviews, manage client meetings, and provide feedback.
- Responsible for recruiting, developing, and training new sales agents.
- Maintain and expand the customer base and verify agency data to analyze growth opportunities.
- Regular field visits to ensure team alignment and market competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in sales management.
- Valid KSA license.
- In-depth knowledge of local market and sales techniques.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, lead, and manage teams effectively under various conditions.
- Approachable with a capacity for empathy and composure.
